phase 1 of independence.
i start my working life at meritus mandarin
haha here where i started interacting with a lot of different ppl
like prc slackers (rarity in our school) and some malays and indians
and i must say they are much more open than ppl in our school.
they just talk whatever they want not caring whether they offend anyone or not.
which is refreshing i must say.
after 5 years in a rather rigid environment.
the pay isn't that bad either!

high school christmas party!
6pm - 1am
haha ytd went to darrell's house for christmas party.
they just came back from their band farewell
at goodwood park hotel
shao not fair ah.
we organise for the batch above us the fairwell
at carlton.
the batch below us got goodwood park.
and our batch got SIM!
woohoo!
oh haha and i heard ytd that the SIM thing
was supposed to be a personal treat from chan-lam
cause we're supposedly closer to her than other batches.
as in just our batch lunch with her la.
seperate thing from farewell.
then the majors decided to slack and mash it tgt.
and poof we got our SIM farewell!

went to darrell's house.
its quite a pleasant surprise that darrell's parents still rmb us.
esp shanghai tan in particular.
despite it being almost a year since we last saw them.

apparently darrell told his mum got 5 ppl going only.
so his mum only prepared for 5 ppl.

BAND CHALET

band chalet wasn't as fun as previous occasions.
don't know why.
maybe cause got quite few ppl.
at most got arnd 25 only i think.
despite the fact that the chalet here is much bigger than the downtown east one.
haha anw was quite last minute.
i rmb we were supposed to meet at 12 for lunch at pasir ris
and then at 1145 i still haven't packed my bag yet.
blabla bla.
aha packed the guys way.
meaning just throw everything in my bag
no clothes to wear,
just came back from thailand what.
so just whack all the new fake clothes bought in thailand.
and then rushed off to meet sean on the mrt.

anw needn't have hurried cause organizer was late herself.

thailand 07
shall finally write about it after procrastinating for such a long time.
my opinion abt some ppl changed quite drastically after this trip bleh.
A would stop at nothing to get what he wants.
B isn't quite the little miss sweet she appeared to be.
C suddenly doesn't appear talented and quiet anymore.
hurr hurr hurr.
anyway.
10th Dec 07
airport @ 1000 hours.
yay.
haha basically got there and checked in luggage and instruments.
then slacked like for 1 hour.
which meant some camwhoring
outside the departure gate,
doing the rujun pose.
if you're observant you'll see rujun doing lots of poses to cover his injured mouth,'
the girls
and inside the er departure hall
hhaha marcus talking to you on the phone leh.
haha then shopped a bit inside there also but didn't buy stuff
cause most of us had alrdy changed sgd to thai baht.
so err too bad.
stuff there were quite a bit cheaper than stuff outside.
anw went on board the plane.
then sat the flight.

ah but the ride was uneventful.

but the food in itself wasn't bad.

then went back to hotel room.

and there was only one water boiler for the whole level.
so we had to improvise on our own.

main program for the day was the exchange with some university.
haha woke up at like 630am.

today was exchange with the high school band.
haha but not before MORE SHOPPING in the morning.
another departmental store,
more shops.
and of course.
the macs there can't really be forgotten.
its quite different from singapore!
say sawadeekrap to ronal macdonalds!
lalalame.
and more interesting food!
macs answer to bk's triple whooper.
and err some hybrid pie dunno sai.
and of course got the macmelvin la!
haha some samurai pork burger.
which cai qin so zai,
go direct to counter and ask for macmelvin
and get laughed at by the waiter there.
heeheehee.
shopped till like 1.
then went off to the high school there for xchange.
walao got damn lot of ah gua and gay la and tranny-to-bes la.

then slacked there
played hymn to infinite sky

probably for the last time.
and then meet the section session.
and then some lame game session.

this time at some street market.
which was crowded and dirty

went to swensens to eat ice cream instead.

anw nothing much went on walked a bit
went to a bookstore which sold english books

and bought a john grisham and mitch albom.

and then scraped shit over his jeans in an attempt to clean it from his shoes.

by today haha i think everyone got sick of breakfast.

haha basically today was nothing much.
just 9 hours straight of shopping.
in a shopping mall so big it has to be divided into 4 huge sections.
apparently in the end 9 hours wasn't enough really.

nothing much to elaborate.

dreamworld today.
haha basically camwhoring and err some playing.
clarinets + percs + pathetic flutes.
haha basically nothing much.
lame rides.
hm but places of interest was erm.

toes frozen beneath the funny boots they gave us.
ears still intact due to the hood from my pullover.

and slid down some small hill there on some bobsled thingy.

the operator was cutting his nails while err doing the ride.
doesn't seem very interested in his job bleah.

today was just checking out and err going off to airport.

haha and we nearly nissed the plane cause loong leng forgot time.
haha and we were all like running to catch the plane.
and all round us the airplane ppl were like telling us to hurry hurry.
and we had like 2 mins to go from check-in point to the airplane.
and gate E5 was damn bloody far la.
haha leng was like half dead by the time we got there.
i think we were late but they pilot nice guy la.
sometimes i wonder what would happen if we didn't catch the plane.
hmm.
no more singapore.
no more homework.
no more school.
even if its only for one more day.
ah but nvm.

so that brings a close to the thailand err adeventure.

hmm 5 days after i first started this post, i finally finished it yay.
haha cause it was creating a huge backlog.
there were lots of stuff to blog abt
band chalet from 17th to 19th
and err section outing today.

haha towards the end i think i seemed to be rushing.
and although there really wasn't much to it than shopping,
