haha i'm back!
after procrastinating for so long.
aiyah. means i'm not mugggingggggg
so many gs.

aye such a long time liao.
i shall try to go in chronological order.
we start from
saturday 12th April.
syf 08
started super early in the morning
like 6.30am.
for us seniors
cause nic wanted us to go ntl stadium hang banner
early early in the morning
at 7am.
ah so okay loh.
agreed to go cause i decided that
it would be quite an experience.
haha never hung banners at ntl stadium early in the morning before.
yup so went to hang
and haha it was tougher than expected
it was rather refreshing though.
i don't know.
maybe its the morning air haha.

cause they wanted to chack the place out for SL project
but umm people needed to go home mug
so just go there see see a while then go home liao.

i think we all felt rather extra over there
since we weren't really involved.

mixing the icing thing
he suddenly lifted the electic mixer out of the bowl
while it was still on
and specks of icing stuck to the mixer started flicking everywhere
and my neighbour didn't notice,
her back was facing him.
and then he looked at her
and then he looked at me
with this super bo chap face
like 'what the hell?'
and then quietly put the mixer back into the bowl.

band's getting damn sian nowadays.
leng's so frickin anal.
and pmsy
its damn annoying la.
he cares so much abt tuning and stuff
it gets damn boring for everyone else
minus the section tuning.
for them, its pure torture.
band is super sian.
in the past i went for band pracs
cause the people there were happy happy people
who tried to enjoy their music.
now everytime i go for band
everywhere i look
i see stone faces
everyone just too sian to do anything liao.
we can hardly breathe in band la.
every move we make will probably be slammed.
how to be enthu.
and leng really is quite unreasonable sometimes.
he always scolds us abt miserable and often unvalid problems.
sean made a super valid point la.
we're not some frickin poly band la.
we do have our studies to care for.
over here,
studies take precedence over music.

even if they haven't
we come from almost totally different backgrounds
our priorities are all different
you can't expect us to devote all our spare time on band.
we have homework
tests stress and of course
our social life to sttend to.
band isn't our life.
at least, its not mine.
i wouldn't mind quitting band le.
i dont' care anymore.
who cares?
why pursue it when it becomes a chore and bore
instead of your passion.
its so stupid to continue isn't it.
its much like learning piano.
i stopped at grade 7 cause i thought it was boring
i hated piano lessons.
i liked playing the piano.
there's a difference here.
i don't like technical aspects of band
i like making music.
the same difference over here.
everytime leng says that we'll get kicked out if we miss one prac
i really feel like just skipping the concert la.
i mean, who cares.
anw there're so many ppl out there to cover me what.
and if i quit band
then i can just immerse myself in frisbee
which is getting more and more :D
while band is getting more and more ):

but either way,
i don't care for band much anymore.
want to kick then kick loh.

actually
frisbee and band people
are fun loving groups of people
who truly enjoy what they're doing.
the difference is
the instructor.
david woon doesn't care much abt nationals in july.
his goal is to promote the sport and to keep people fit and healthy.
which is pretty much fine among us all.
cause all we want to do is just to have fun.
and mr woon's okay with that given his super flexible trainings.
leng's goal is to provide a good concert
which gets on my nerves sometimes.
cause sometimes (or rather, most of the times)
he gets too worked up over having a good concert
hence nag nag nag scold scold scold.
and then we all get sian diao
and lose our enthusiasm.
anyway i don't think leng is as good as he claims.
probably the reason why we were gushing over his conducting
the first few months was
cause we had mr lim which was like
a dead fish.
but compared to lim's predecessors
like mr yeo
leng really isn't that good.
and his playing isn't that good either.
tone-wise
he's much airier than a instructor and philwinds principal flautist should be.
uhh technique wise
he should be around there la
given his age and experience.
hai i don't like to write this kind of stuff
to denounce people
but i really feel like i have to
cause i really feel like i'm losing it.

today was a fun fun fun day hahahhaa
cause today GOT NO SCHOOL.
today was medical check up day
hmm took 16 in the morning to bt merah int.
bus was frickin crowded la.
and there was this fat lady trying to squeeze her way
all the way to the back.
and this annoys me like hell la.
i like peaceful bus rides.
i don't like people squeezing past me like crazy.
what's wrong with standing at the front of the bloody bus la.
squeeze past 2 rows of ppl at the aisle.
squash the people at the back
what the hell.
not like there's a lot of space at the back.
stupid or what.

then took 57 to cmpb.
mm then me and sean
like some nooblets like that.
dunno how to walk.

then must surrender phone.

then me and sean saw this guy go in.
then we wait outisde.

anw then another guy came up
then just open the door and walk in

the guy was like complaining to another doctor
complain until IMBA funny.
i tried damn hard not to laugh k.

before they come back from their lunch break.

i also damn hungry la.
and then when they FINALLY came back
like half hour later

heartbeat, BMI, blood pressure.
oh and got this room.
must go in and strip totally.

they asked some rather interesting questions
so that they can assign you next time.

i think that climbing a mountain is fun - yes
and stuff like that
which is really fun hahaha

then finish.
at least today a lot of myths were dispelled.

myth #2: you don't have to really wear PE attire
myth #3: they don't grope your balls
myth #4: the test is 5 hours long
myth #5: PES A isn't such a big deal after all.

thursday had this
DAMN BORING PHYSICS LECTURE
caps bold underline.
instead of going on abt quantum physics
the stupid lecturer went on abt
the history of quantum physics instead.
like, start of the lecture i flipped lecture notes to page 2
where introduction ended
lecture proper started.
by the end of the lecture the lecturer haven't even finished page one la
at least i think he's still there
he lost the whole audi after 10 mins i think.

who tried to do stuff differently
who organised what meeting.

wherever i looked,

everyone was doing everything
other than listening to the lecturer.

experiments all v guai lan.
then we thought we do wrongly cause got 2 layers one
the one small bubble in the middle
ask mr loy then actually we do correctly
heehee.
oh and we did the silver mirror test
which is quite cool hahaha
mr loy made a v nice silver mirror.
of course there were the labels la.
working with naizeng
isn't really working with naizeng
unless he causes some amount of trouble
today was no exception

then we just train at outside audi
sort of la just do random stuff with the frisbee.
friday was rather sian too.
supposedly highlight was athena fiesta
but then again
was rather sian cause too noob liao.
just win loh.
saturday was the great banner painting day
supposed to meet at 10am.
i came at 9.50am
mm and was the earliest!
yay!
oh minus melissa and weiyang.
hanky panky-ing in the band room.
then rujun came late (again!).
at like 10.10am
and then once again
he refused to honour his bet.
bet was made the day before at KAP.
that
should me or sean come late
then we pay him $5, later rising to $10.
should he come late,
he pay both of us $1, later rising to $2.
and then today he refused to pay.
so yea whatever la.
was looking to a rather large windfall
and a form of steady income...
anw it wasn't that bad.

then nic came.
then went to canteen
to kope some xiao mi mi food
cause got core module today.
then went to buy paint.
came back.
uhhh then decided to go for lunch.
see our inefficiency yay!
haha we went to make the transparency for the design
so that we could like flash it on the ohp
then chalk. like that more accurate.
make liao v nice la!

anw then went back to (finally) start chalking.
meijun cai ning and weely came also by this time.
so got like 9 ppl yay!
haha then uhh started chalking
problem was
we hung the banner below the lt there
right in front of the cctv.
on one hand, this was free publicity
for security guards and uncle chong
and in case the school decides to show this to the rest
as a bad example.
on the other hand,
mr ang wouldn't have been too pleased with this.
anw after chalking
got down and dirty
for painting yay
hahahha rather fun
after buying many many paints
and trying to mix and get the correct colour
we decided to buy the colour itself
dunno what colour la.
and halfway through cai ning decided to multi task
and play twister while painting.
contorted her body like super lots of different ways la
just so that she could properly paint unpainted spots.
anw.
finished really late.
like 8pm.
due to hiccups such as (and mainly)
the lack of paint.
haha but dunno how
they managed to squeeze out drops of paint
from the metal can.
yea so can finish by today la.
oh and we changed the words from blue to black.
to save paint.

but simple is good.
