today was such a wonderful day!

ah with all the nice plays
and ang mohs and the nice people.
and then there were the layouts zomg.
haha initially i had reservations
abt going for today cause ughhhh welll
studying but heyyy
hahaha i'm so glad i went.
shiok lost their first game 10-5
which was sort of interesting
cause we thought shiok like woah
4th ranked in asia sounds damn pro like that.
aye but hahah they lost to the phillipines team

you're so busy mugging.
hmm was uhh rather productive
as compared to the other days
morning was econs consult bla bla
hahah then later did 12 maths questions whee!
okay la not really a lot i could have done more
but i went to sleep at 3.30pm

and maths is so damn boring.

i like long bus rides.
they make me think.

today while on the imba long 76 bus ride
from my house to weely's house
while watching the world go by on a rainy sunday
i thought lots and lots of random stuff
and jotted them all down on my phone.
1. boys aren't insensitive,
we just know how to sieve out the niao and crap
from the real comments.
2. i like watching raindrops falling down the window.
3. i like hearing the pitter patter of raindrops
falling on the roof of the bus.
4. best advice given to me so far:
ronnie quek: believe in yourself
tikopek: as long as you do your best,
no one can ask anything more from you.
mr low: live life without regrets.
5. studying well, or getting a good job for that matter,
isn't the real meaning of life.
with this frantic pace of life nowadays
people have no time to think
they just do.
and they lose the true meaning of life.
we should spend our time doing things of greater importance.
6. when the next olympics comes
i'll be 22, out of army
halfway through uni.
there's a great diff between 2004 - 2008
and 2008 - 2012.
i'll have my golden years behind me by then.

in some ways, its rather similar to A levels la.
cause of IP, we spend 6 years studying for a levels.

and yea the next time olympics comes
i probably won't be watching it with the same group of friends
we'll probably have went seperate ways

today's SUCH a horrible day.
i hate today.
grumble grumble grumble.

1. started out bad enough
i woke up at 5am for nothing.
2. and then 3.5 hour chem consult
in which we didn't do much really.
cause mr loy's pace is like imba slow.
he actually spent quite a bit of time
argueing with jiehao abt the difference
between a big K and a small k
and making him write it out.
3. then 1.5 hour phy
then break
4. then mugged phy with no real result
cause i STILL didn't know why the ans was like that
even after consulting ronnie quek.
his explaination doesn't seem logical all of a sudden.
so i just spent the like an hour thinking and thinking
and still not getting the ans.
its so confusing and frustrating.
5. then i wanted to throw a bit of frisbee
to let off steam.
and just when we started
it started to rain.
the whole world's against me.
6. i wanted to go band room many many times
to find ppl to bitch and complain and moan and groan.
but today for the first time
the band room was empty and locked.
i should have rmbed.
now that the seniors are gone there's no one there liao.
the juniors don't go there anw.
7. and to top if off,
i'm dead broke cause i keep lending ppl money
and ppl (read: dayong) refuse to return me my money.
walao.
its such a retarded idea to lock seniors out of the band room
i don't think its going to happen alrdy
but the fact that they even thought of it
its just absurd.
leng's such a bastard sometimes.
he actually thought we'd steal instruments from the band room.
whatever he was thinking of at that time,
i'm glad he finally got to his senses.
its so horrible we've been getting so much stick from him
with his very bad (and getting worse) mood swings
with us trying hard to comply with his sometimes unreasonable ways
else our friends the exco members
would get it bad from him.
i thought us paying for a mangled trumpet
which most of us probably haven't seen before
was bad enough.
now he wants to lock us out of the band room
cause he thinks we'll walk out of the band room
with a tuba hidden in our pockets
and go to the flea market and sell it.
the band room is like our second home la.
even though it might be stuffy and incredibly dirty and smelly
its still our place.
one where we can go to sleep
to slack
to make lots of noise
to try and do work
all at the same time.
its always been a sanctury
one where you can escape from the horrors of school
normally the band room's never locked after lessons
there'll forever be people there to entertain you
and to make sure you forget the stress and horror of school.
today was the first day of study break for seniors
and already its empty.
its such a horrible day i'm just ranting and ranting
and like verbal diarrhea.
just spill everything out.
i hate today i hate today i hate today.
its such a forgetable day.
i'm like mr grumpy la.
i moan i complain.
i really dao ppl i don't want to see.

on a brighter note.
throwing paper planes down from the 4th floor
was really really enjoyable.
the view,

just watching them float peacefully down
was so... relaxing.
that was probably the best moment of today.

in some way its really really good
in others its quite sad
3 more days,
and my world of lessons in hwach will end.
friday marked the last PE lesson and chem lesson.
the last super friday of jc life.
hmm nothing just quite sad really
cause you don't really realise that
you won't be sitting in the same classroom
listening........ to...... the same teacher.......
speak.......... really......... slowly......
with the same friends beside you
doing the usual stupid things.
i won't see the same ppl at the same breaks
i won't walk past familiar ppl in between lessons
i don't know what we were supposed to do la
but that last chem lesson seemed so.. ordinary.
okay other than mr loy releasing us 30mins earlier (as usual)
to go take photos and stuff
disclaimer: i'm not that tall really, i tip-toed heehee
and this is the chem teacher
who's been giving me consultation
every thursday from 9-10am
for 1.5 years and counting.

i've been saying for so long that i can't wait for jc life to end
and now that its really ending
i don't know it doesn't feel that good
i'm quite sure i won't see a lot of ppl after school ends
cause like i'm not so close to the class

and then after that we'll never see each other again.

i think its really not fitting that we end our jc life
in the school audi.
i mean, although they might argue that
jc life started in the audi (orientation)
hence it should end in the audi,
majority of jc life was spent in the classroom
and this is where i feel it should end.
where most of our memories come from.

tuesday's the last math and econs lesson.
wednesday's the last phy and gp lesson.
oh oh oh no.
the normal mundane school life
won't be so normal and mundane anymore
now that there's just 3 days left.
i will really try and cherish every lesson.

haha since she was going berkely to mug business
and uhh treat us in the process.
haha i dunno felt quite bad really
but her fault la
she go organise her dinner at this kind of place
how to pay for ourselves.
hahah no la no la.
but aye dinner was good food
at barracks at dempsey hill
some rather ulu corner at the hilltop.
haha we missed the shuttlebus there
cause somehow it passed by us and we didn't see it
hmm hmm so in the end we cabbed there from orchard
since the next bus would be at 1030 apparently.
and yea it was alrdy 7.30pm
we were supposed to be there by 6.30 heehehe.
hmm so we got rather lost
cause the cab driver also dunno where's it
so we just alighted somewhere and walked loh.

then finally reached at abt 8 i think
then eat!
hahaha the food there is like super ex.
but interesting la got all the funny funny stuff
and since jess booked a room for us all
j2s and j3s (and luther),
we uhh could noob around
and all pretend to be uncivilised chinamen
heeheehee.
hmm yea so see the menu

frisbee nats

haha yay frisbee photos are FINALLY here
all 204 of them
so uhh yea 15 days after nationals heh.
strangely enough it doesn't feel like 15 days.

uhh missed our target of semis
but aiyah still nvm la what matters is the game
and that we all got to play as a team.
THE TEAM.
when we were still clean.
first match against cjc
we were both rather nervous i guess
should have taken advantage of it and beat them
but oh well
seeing how they played later on in the tournament
losing by that little bit isn't that bad after all.

to win is okay i guess
but dunno at that point of time we all damn happy
