week #2

12.59pm

okay its 1pm and i'm supposed to like
meet the band ppl at 1.30 @ city hall
which is still achievable
if i step out of my house atm.
hohoho but i figured that everyone's gonna be
late as usual so yay :D

second week of AI was slackkkk
life is still good over at sungei gedong.
morning wake up at 0530.
no morning pt, breakfast at 0545.
finish, come back, area cleaning.
aka sleeeeep :D till 0730.
then lessons till lunch at 1230.
1 hour break, so we chop chop finish lunch,
then we go back and have an afternoon siesta.
then more lessons till 1730.
and then we have dinner and then RO
and then its our free time.

yea its gonna be more or less like that
for the first half of the 5 months.
which isn't that bad really.
the really bad part comes after that.
for another 1/4 of the course.
short, but possibly fatal.
and then its taiwan for the remaining 1 month.

there's so much admin time.
we have like 3 hours free time every night.
i've finished watching all movies in my ipod.
boring and too intellectual movies,
the duchess and the changeling,
but yea we're that bored.
you see ppl sleeping at 8pm at night.
there's really nothing else to do.

but still.
i'm trying to get out as fast as i can.
the staffs and seargents are nice.
but the enciks are really. screwed up.
when you have commanders telling you stuff like.
if you think you can do it,
but your mind tells you that you cannot do it,
then you can do it.
or hilarious quote-worthy stuff like
please state the name and rank of the recruit.
your really wonder why army is so
indecisive and poorly managed.

at least when we come out
there're the great people outside.
ytd after bookout went with the band ppl
ernest, me, sheng heng, rujun, cheryl
to xin wang hongky cafe (again!)
to have supper/dinner.
had really really really nice porridge :D
cheryl and sheng heng had rice.
and ernest had papaya noodle soup. D:
aye aye aye.
then since cheryl had work today,
and BOYFRIEND aka rujun AHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHA
had to go sentosa with his army section today,
we uhhh had to run to catch the last bus home.
just dinner and catch up only la.
but still heheheheh fun :D
and sorry rujun (and mj) i couldn't resist
