my 26D25N educational tour in taiwan.
how sad haiiiii ):
for ppl going away for a month
we sure are happy people. :\
with the other ows section smurfs.
with my section.
and other crashers.
some wanted, others not so wanted.
(if you know what i meannnnn (: )
pre-educational tour activities were okay
better than i expected really.
cause the space in taiwan's so huge
can do more practical stuff over there.
and a lot of stuff makes sense all of a sudden.
that was probably the best part of the whole trip.
the educational tour was really,
nothing much actually.
just lots of sightseeing,
like those temples,
and shrines,
and monuments,
and more temples,
and more shrines.
and those incredibly boring
half-an-hour guard changing ceremonies,
and more guard changing ceremonies,
(compare with the previous, can see
they're in the exact same position
do you know how freaking boring this is?!)
not-so-amusing amusement parks,
and theme parks. -.-
oh and lots of travelling time in between places
we spend like avg 5 hours on the bus every day.
anddddd before you say anything,
no i didn't sleep much (:
ya so much so we got bored of watching movies
on the bus they showed like uhh
sniper, pink panther, GI Joe, paul blart mall cop,
and a lot a lot of others but i really can't rmb.
lots of pretty scenery, but really. quite boring.
going up mountains,
all the way up mountain villages,
down to the seaside
south china sea there (:
and then going up even higher mountains.
yea but its all almost the same la.
see one mountain and you've seen all.
yawn yawn.
haha and the hotel isn't say very nice either.
talk about the organisation's image bleahh.
yup the hotel we stayed in.
its so totally sleazy la
like omg hahaha red signboards
sleepy receptionist in a lobby
with a leaking aircon and malfunctioning fan.

yea and our rooms.
my room is considered big alrdy.
and size aside, the place has cockroaches.
plural, not single hello -.-
like wth wth wth la.
and no, there's no porn channel,
channel 14, "rainbow channel" in here btw.
free and easy was also sian to the max la.
monday tuesday wednesday.
esp in the daytime, like
WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE.
weekdays = nobody = sian shops.
see?! its so freaking dead in the day la

at least the nights were better (:
more shops opened,
more people bustling around,
and more importantly,
more good food :D:D
and of course,
going to taiwan without going up the taiwan 101
is like going to school without sleeping during lessons.
SG$20 is like kinda ex,
but face it la, there's nothing much to spend
in taiwan at this period anyway. -.-
the whole place is fenced up,
can't really see much at first glance.
but if you poke your head in between the bars,
you really can see kinda far away. D:
and yes. its REALLY. HIGH.
i can feel my balls shrinking just by standing on top.
still. i would've GLADLY swopped all those.
just for the 19th of sept.
for these 2 very special groups of ppl.
for the passion and the team spirit,
and for the past 7 years.
nothing else needs to be said really. (:
ughhhh i can't believe i missed MAF.
