8:28 AM
:D
3.27pm
life is so good atm,
i don't want to go back to 40SAR.
slack as it is over there,
its even better over here.
being an instructor rocks really. (:
every morning, if there's LIFE run,
i wake up at 7am, get down by 7.30,
and run maybe 5-10km.
else i wake up a bit later heh :D
then its over to canteen or the specs mess
for breakfast (:
no breakfast for us at the canteen
cause the other instructors
asked bala the food guy
not to cater for them
since they all don't wanna wake up at 5.30.
after breakfast i go back bunk lag a while
then maybe at 9am i go down to the aircon office,
read newspapers, play psp till i get bored,
play board games or foosball or whatever's in there,
play a bit of com, read books until i sleep,
and then i wake up feeling refreshed (:
and its just 11.30am.
time for lunch.
after lunch rinse and repeat,
and then 4.30 we all pack up
and get ready for dinner.
and after that, its otot nights out,
book back in by 2359.
daring enough, book in the next morning.
and another day begins.
sometimes i get so bored
its quite annoying.
like the first day when i'm totally
not used to doing nothing at all.
but then again, i'm not complaining (:
like ytd morning,
i awoke to the sounds of the 46SAR sergeants
formerly known as orion company,
doing their 4km road march with bulletproof vests.
i looked down at them,
some looked up and waved.
the others pointed middle fingers.
yea and the encik here is super nice also
DXO mr eddie foo hahha
like today he was like
eh brud-der what you all doing here,
i thought i give you off today liao?
then we were like no... you ytd said cannot what.
and then he gave us this sneaky look
and then he let us book out after lunch.
monday's deepavali off, tuesday clear leave,
so weds morning's the next time i book back in.
life rocks (:
of course its not all play and no work la.
we need to learn other kinds of heavy arms
and whatever shit they shoot out
since we'll be the ones teaching next time.
then there's live firing to oversee
like in november there's 5 live firings.
1st is the 41SAR, 8th is the ADF ppl,
11, 18 and 25 is the reservist units.
so yeaaa relatively hectic.
that's what they said la,
but i still think we finish work at 5pm.
its just not as slack as this (:
i don't know how they picked me out,
but whatever it is,
i'm really really happy and grateful.
:D:D:D
