every saturday i go for training,
knowing what i want to work on,
what i need to improve on.
and every week after training,
i know i won't have acheived
whatever i set out to do.
throwing upwind, decision making,
vision, game awareness, hard defence.
and yes, i do end up a little moody sometimes,
so please bear with me if i start acting strange.
sigh.
its as though i've hit my plateau,
and i'll stay at this lousy state forever.
sometimes i really feel as though its a waste of time,
cause i really don't take anything
substantial out of training at all.
maybe i'm just not training hard enough.
focus. focus. focus. focus. focus.
its all in the mind.
hopefully i get a damn good coach in uni.
oh well.
on another note,
jap buffet after that was really.
overkill hahaha.

not too bad for $20 really.
haha bunch of cheapo uncles la we all.
but i think there's sth wrong
with all the oyster/prawns/mussels.
haha i felt kinda weird and bloated
after 3 plates of it :\
but yup.
i'm swearing off jap food
for the next month or so haha.
