ultimate.
its kinda worrying when you see
that your uni team is aiming for fitness levels
the same as those the girls of eatdisc are hitting.
Fitness.
After experiencing Tour,
I have become a big believer that everything
(especially defence) starts with solid fitness.
As such, come late September,
all experienced players wishing to play
the regional indoor tournaments (Mixed and Open)
will have to pass a basic fitness test,
in the region of level 7 on the beep test
and 2 laps around Bev Med
in less than 6 and a half minutes.
sigh.
solid fitness and level 7 beep tests
just don't go together man zzz.
i'll come back struggling to hit a 7.
time for some self motivated PT.
or more training sessions.
as it is the time i spend at trainings
is almost the same as the time
i spend in lectures and seminars.

maybe i should skip indoors hm.
don't really like it anw.
too constrained too messy no room for expression.
i barely start the run and i'm in the end zone alrdy.
andd it costs £150 for gym membership
cause we play indoors in the hall zzz.
money which could be used travelling instead.
aiyah but i alrdy agreed to play indoor regionals.
not very nice to reject them when they ask.
esp since i'm a first year.
maybe after that sigh.

as in really although i sound so fu yan.

on a brighter note,
i scrambled an egg today!
i think its the best thing i've cooked so far (Y)
(which doesn't say much but whatever man)
I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF :D
